A couple of the apps don't pay very much at all but you can do it literally while you are waiting in line at the store or while you're sitting outside do you know having a beverage.

Okay so my history is as a roofer or a roofing salesman. I have sold 10s of millions of dollars of storm restoration insurance claim roofs. I have also owned a couple of businesses, one online, one brick and mortar that were very successful. Herban Wellness in Denver and Zippyfox.com. both of these were multimillion-dollar per year businesses.

Definitely understand your target audience

then follow the links and check to see if all or any of these apps work really well for you, but you will once you get into them. You will find a rhythm and you'll start to notice other apps on the market that you would make cash with that work better for what you do or what you're good at.

The reason that I'm even doing this blog

is, I have a friend and she wanted to know how to make a little bit of extra money. She has skills such as HTML, website design, and other valuable talents that she did in the past as an employee but she wasn't aware of the freelance market and what's available. She is currently looking to buy a car so I thought I would share with her the links and the app that works for me to earn money in my spare time, online, or remotely.

Okay so let's dive right in.

I think we will start with the lowest income first, maybe we're going to start with the ones that have with apps that I have confirmed payment, even small payments, and then the ones that I make the most money right now or recently.

The fastest and easiest and most rewarding way to make money

very quickly, and to develop a long-term residual income, and a fan base, is going to be YouTube. One of the biggest misconceptions about YouTube is that you can't make money on the platform until you reach 1000 subscribers and 4000 views. This is absolutely not true! If you publish videos because you love to do something, let's say you're doing videos on things that you use right now. So your reviewing things that you currently use or things that have you.📷

Let's just take, for example, you get a cell phone every couple years right, so every time that you get a cell phone, if you were to do an unboxing, and legitimate review on it, then you can add affiliate links and products links into the description of these videos. These links will earn you money each time someone clicks through your link, and purchases the item that it links to.YouTube is literally the easiest, highest traffic source used and purchased from app for freelancers and affiliates out there.

Let me just give you another example. There's a new trend People are filming themselves while they're going through the drive-thru. They I ask the person in front of him to order for them blindly. So the person in front of the person that's asking, orders for random food for the person that's asking. Then that person films themselves while they are eating whatever it was that the person in front of them ordered for them. So Random!!

The way that you can monetize these videos it's simple.

You sign up for the affiliate program at each one of your favorite fast food restaurants and then add your affiliate link in your description of the video of you eating the fast food.

Now every time that link is clicked, by people that view your video earn somewhere around $5 every time that somebody signs up for that restaurants app or whatever that restaurants offer is, and you'll get a little bit of money each time. You'll be surprised how many clickS and purchases that you will get overtime with just one good video not to mention if you happen to go viral and get millions of views. On average you can expect 1% click through rate. Just imagine if you get a million views or 10 million views your commission is $5 on each click through or 1% of a million views.

So what is that? Doing the math at 1% of 1,000,000 equals 10,000 clicks, and if you made $5 per click through, that’s fifty grand ($50,000) if your video happens to go super viral and if it happened to get 10 million views, now that's 500 grand ($500,000)! So now you just paid for that fast food for the rest of your life! Making a video and starting a channel is definitely worth the risk.

So my first tip is definitely YouTube.

You will regret it if you don't, start even if you don't like being on the camera or you don't even like making videos. You can even put your links in the comments section of other people’s videos that already get millions of views, it may not be the most respected way to do it, but it's a way that works. You do want to build your own channel, because they say that each subscriber or email address is worth upwards of $1 per email per month, when monetized correctly.

So you can just imagine if you have 10,000 subscribers or if you have 10,000 people on your email list, and you learn how to monetize correctly, you are now making $10,000 a month residual as you learn what your passion is, or who your target audience is, and you will also learn what else it is that they need and offer that to them also.

I suggest if you don't know how to do whatever service or product it is,..

that you learn it on YouTube. But to start out, even if you don't make $1,000 you could make $5 often, right so you can easily make a hundred bucks a month just on a couple videos if you do it correctly.

OnGo Surveys

All right let's get back to the plan. The next app is called OnGo Surveys I haven't learned a lot but they are consistent. It only takes me a few minutes at the most each time they offer a survey. And they always pay at the end of the survey 25 Cent 50 Cent something like that.Some of the other survey apps that I've tried to send you through the same amount of questions just to see if you qualify for one of their surveys so at least this one actually pays even though it's not a lot. the minimum Cashout is $10 but you can make that in no time in your spare time it'll be nice to have extra. I mean really what do you do when you stand in line at the grocery store why not earn 50 Cent or dollar.

This is a platform that is definitely worth having on your phone doesn't if you have the room. dscout has two different types of ways that you can get paid maybe even 3 if you use the referral program. they have quick task that are one or two questions wrong and then I have longer more valuable tasks that you will be required to take a short survey prior to and then be chosen for. Oftentimes these are $50 or $100 125 up to $300 I think I've seen. Depending on your background and your skill-set. I have not qualified or maybe I have not noticed that I'm qualified for any of the larger payment ones but I have been able to do all of these small $1.50 or $0.50 ones and make a no-passing money so it's definitely worth having on your phone and eventually or if you have different skill-sets than I do and then you will be qualified for the $5,200 that $300 ones. But often times as a marketer or a blogger I'm disqualified so a lot of folks you know this working different industry you'll be automatically qualified for not automatically but more qualified than I am since I am a marketer or advertise it.

My next small change here and there app that really pays is the Chime Bank App. This is a real bank and they boast that they are a feeless bank. Varo bank is so similar to chime bank I think they're probably run by the same companies or similar companies that work really close to each other. They have the same color car they have the same platform and they both communicate with each other's apps. Paradise have a better sign up bonus of $75 so again can you just imagine if you get two people Vermont which how hard is that you probably already talked to at least two people a month that need a bank account for whatever reason now you're at $150 for another 10 minutes of normal conversation. If decided to take it to the next level and do a really good review video for YouTube then you can only imagine how simple it would be to get five referrals per month and that's putting you in the house at 375 range?

Let's start adding some of this up

so you have the chime app right, so our goal would be to get two referrals per month that will give us $100, then if we do the surveys on the go and let's just keep it on the low side and say that we can get $20 a month out of that one and I spare time or is the time that we wasted line not even spare time oh, and then they'll let's say that if we do the bare minimum on Vero and then get to they're too so we're at $150, which just added up to $250 every month.

$250 will cover

some people's car payment, some people's cable bill, some people's grocery bill, and most people's nights out for the month, No matter if you go out to eat or did you go out to the club. save that money all year you're looking at around 3,000 dollars for the year. for some people that's a vacation save it for two years and that's a nice vacation save it for five years and you have a down payment on a house or investment property.

Okay now we're going to do is get into the meat and bones of some pretty serious money at least in my case it will depend on what your business is and what you do for a living or what you're willing to learn and adapt to on how much you will actually be able to make. But that first three anyone can do it with zero extra time and zero money to spend.

Let's do some basic math, let's say that you offered right content for a Blog for $10 a piece and you had upgrade options for 25 and $45. let's also say that you were able to propose and sell five of those in your first month with your average price in 25 bucks website. We now add an additional $125 to our monthly income.

Now this actually took a little bit of skill and a couple hours of work.

but there is a sense of accomplishment freedom and even though I may be a little bit of Education each time you write a blog so you are able to dig into that subject and really learn a lot and you get really good at communication and writing. As you get better you can easily charged $0.10 a word and depending on the content I've Seen It Go as high as $0.50 per word.

There are commercial sites that will pay you for 1800 word logs around $100 each. but I think that is a waste when you can sell it to an individual and help them out and eventually make more than that.

UpWork

The next app is also a freelance app this one is very similar to truelancer it is called up work. you can hire Freelancers for as low as $2 an hour and you can get as high as $200 an hour or more for reselling the same products. Now I stay there the same products of course if we do have a language barrier from most of the people that sell the lower price products that they are really good at what they do and once you make a couple changes to make the English work really well these blog posts are phenomenal.

And if you are okay with using text-to-speech applications writing a 3000 word blog doesn’t really take that long and you can always put a disclaimer just like I will in this one that says that you are utilizing Text-to-Speech app and please forgive you for any misspellings or things that just don't sound proper. You will read it what I write as you would hear it if I spoke to you. it feels a little off at first but the really enjoys reading this type of content.

I think I started to gain more trust with clients open more doors with clients and get more jobs with client after I stopped polishing up my language and just sounded like I would sound if I talk to you in person people really like that and that's really easy for them to trust you whenever you use your natural language body Scott anything that you do naturally it's easy to trust that.

I'm sure that your brain has started racing by this time about the opportunity available that a lot of us did not have a clue was there. so let's add it up one more time so let's say that you'd made the same thing I'm not on upwork as you did on truelancer so that's 250 added to our 270. Which is $520 per month and we haven't even really broke a sweat or worked 10 hours yet!

So with $520 a month depending on your credit you can drive off the lot in a new BMW or a new Cadillac or even what we do here in Texas about half of a truck LOL. seriously though $520 a month is significant and we haven't worked 10 hours so just imagine if you did this for 40 hours with many different applications you are getting close to $2,100 per month and for a lot of people that will replace their full-time current income.

There are a few other apps also that are in this category

That are definitely worth mentioning. there is Fiverr where job starts at just $5 oh, there is a freelancer, and you can also use job boards or classifieds when looking for side jobs such as Craigslist or LinkedIn.

The People app and Microwork and Easy Shift are also a few other apps that are noteworthy and worth mentioning so if you're into that kind of thing these are good to have in the arsenal I definitely have them on my device.

Now there are a few others that we need to talk about but these are more focused on people that have trades or some sort of business small business at the running service-based business but let's go ahead and I ride in I've had a lot of success both as a roofing contractor and as a marketer and also other side jobs with many of these apps the first of all of them what's going to be

PORCH

What is an app that I use for my phone to get leads for roofing they also do leads for all other than any other service based businesses. You can find leads for tree trimming you can find leads for AC Service you can find leads for landscapers Define leaves for a plumbing and interior and sheetrock and drywall and all these types of construction jobs that the homeowner typically does not have any idea where to go or we go to a place like home advisor for.

Okay so porch on the elites if I remember correctly they range between $12 and $65. For roofers my suggestion as a strategy would be to go for the leaves that are in the $24 range these are leaves where homeowners believe they have a repair so if it is a repair obviously they are very profitable but most jobs have been through some sort of storm or most roofs have been some sort of storm and so they turn into full replacement and it turns into an insurance claim which is a good thing for profit and a good thing for the homeowner.

Now just as with any leads that you go on, you won't close everyone, but you do have a pretty fair chance. It is suggested that you call the lead as soon as you see it, you have the opportunity to see how long ago they requested the service, and I would always purchase ones that were requested recently. If you can get them within the last hour, that is ideal.

Normally if you are not the first one who follows you will simply be an estimate that they are collecting so your chances go down somewhere around the 90 95% if you do not make contact with somebody searching for service within the first hour.

Thumbtack

Thumbtack is also a very similar lead source to porch. they are a little bit more expensive but you can Target exactly who you're looking for so if you have the opportunity to Target commercial leaves that's what I would use this platform for. Unpack also offers marketing Leeds so if you are in the marketing industry, this is a good resource for you but it also works for installing TVs on the wall for landscaping or Moen somebody's lawn or painting a wall or doing some artwork there are a lot of different opportunities available in thumb works at least browse through it and see if there's anything that you offer .

Leads on this platform go up to $75 a piece but there are a lot of leads available and you do not have to pay for the lead unless the client or the possible client replies to your request. So for example the client will make a request for the service you will reply and give you a quote for the service and then they will reply to your quote once they reply to your quote that's when it becomes a paid leave

There are other services that are very similar I don't recommend Home Advisor I do not recommend Angie's List I do not recommend a lot of those big names they are more into your house for many people that can get for it I also don't recommend contractors.com although I do recommend as a contractor yourself that you do make a profile on each of these also on Yelp and things like that just to be sure that when the salesmen pause you that you denied unless for some reason it happens to work for you so obviously give it a try if that's what you feel like but I believe with the other to leave platforms are a lot more profitable and they definitely have been a lot more profitable for me.

YP.com, Yelp, Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, MapsQuest, and Amazon Services are also a few other similar pay per lead services.

If paying per lead is not your thing, there are several companies that you can pay monthly to generate the same type of leads for you that you can get from one of these smaller or one of these platforms that sell the leads directly.

I am currently reviewing a few other income sources. I am looking at Dabble, Drop, Mind Swarms, Big Cash, Fetch Rewards, Easy Shift, and Steady. if you subscribe to this post or to my YouTube channel I will put out updates whenever the new blog or the updates for the other money making or income sources are available.

This post would not be complete if I didn't at least take a minute to tell you guys about other sources of income that actually work. I'm sure that you've either used one of these services or many of them and maybe you have or maybe you have not thought about signing up and actually either delivering the goods that they offer or being a driver for one of these sources. I won't go into detail most of it will be pretty self-explanatory but you can make significant income at all of these spices and you even get sign-on bonuses if you use any of the affiliate links that I am going to include in this post.

Postmates

Postmates is a delivery service that offers delivery for several different types of items from any store right to your doorstep. They have great sign-on bonuses or you can get up to $100 just for signing up and placing your first order they also have great sign-on bonuses for drivers and delivers. you can earn a pretty good income especially right now because a lot of times Postmates does not have enough drivers so they will double their fee and the drivers will get paid double for doing the same amount of work that they got paid half for prior to or according to the agreement. Postmates is one of my favorite food delivery services most of the time they get the order right and they're normally pretty quick and they also communicate pretty well.

Favor

Favorite is also a delivery service much like Postmates. It doesn't just deliver food from restaurants although it does that very well, it also will deliver cigarettes or beer or anything from any place. Favor does not stand out at the top of my list on the delivery side just because we in our city or having a little bit of trouble with that brand. But that does offer a great opportunity for anybody that wants to be a driver for them. A lot of these newer food delivery services do not have the traction/

They do not have the drivers to support the volume whenever they launched and then that volume declines because there's not enough drivers so they have to have enough drivers out volume so they offer a really great sign on bonuses we can use one of my links to maximize those and then you can just go ahead and get started driving and I'm pretty decent income and if you start to stack these you will be able to get deliveries when one company doesn't have them and the other company does so that seems to be one of the complaints that I see by delivery drivers is that there are not enough deliveries available for one app so they simply supplement it with another one.

GrubHub

Probably you know someone or you yourself have already ordered from GrubHub they are one of the most common food delivery services. They are used by national Brands such as Taco Bell. they have one at the lowest fees of deliveries when it comes to food delivery. I think most commonly what I see on their website that's a $2.99 delivery fee and there are times when you can get that wave. Since GrubHub is one of the most popular food delivery services there are more opportunities for drivers so this is another great opportunity for anyone that is looking to supplement their income during their own time sign up for GrubHub as a driver and earn income in your spare time. If you haven't tried GrubHub as a patron or to get food delivered give it a shot. And we offered of the lift also. They are the first to compete against Uber for the rideshare Market. They offer very similar services from traditional Cars 2 more luxury cars more luxury experience. Lyft has a great program and they have always allowed passengers to tip the drivers of the of the app you can make a very significant income with Lyft you can also combine Lyft and Uber to maximize your opportunity you could even come by in a few of these other ones so while you are waiting for a ride in one Rideshare platforms you could do one of these surveys or you could do another one of the options that I told you about earlier.
